Nataliia Gabryk has called Chicago home for over a decade. Originally from Ukraine, with academic and professional experience in both Denmark and Ukraine, she brings a global perspective and disciplined business mindset to her real estate practice.

She holds a master’s degree in International Economics and has extensive experience in business operations and marketing. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Nataliia played an integral role in the growth and management of a boutique salon in Chicago’s Gold Coast—an environment defined by elevated service, discretion, and a highly discerning clientele. The salon became known for its refined guest experience, attracting a loyal following and establishing a strong reputation within one of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

Through this work, Nataliia developed a deep understanding of client experience, operational excellence, and brand presence. Managing fast-paced, high-expectation environments sharpened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform with clarity under pressure. Working closely with a discerning clientele shaped her belief that true luxury is found in cultivating environments where quality, intention, and attention to detail are felt in every interaction.

Nataliia approaches each transaction with precision, foresight, and an appreciation for the nuances that matter most to sophisticated buyers and sellers. Beyond her client work, Nataliia remains actively involved in the professional community. She also serves on two committees with the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, contributing to professional standards, collaboration, and industry dialogue. Her connection with the Gold Coast Neighbors Association reflects a thoughtful appreciation for community within the neighborhood.

Nataliia lives in the Lake View East neighborhood with her husband and their two tabby cats, Coco and Lancelot. Outside of real estate, she has a strong appreciation for contemporary art and interior design—interests that further inform her eye for space and lifestyle.
